I used Pure Maintenance of Alaska for mold mitigation. After inspection of the attic they were able to stay and complete the work. Loved that. Also, was happy that they sent a sample of mold after the fogging to a 3rd party tester to see if the mold was dead. The test came back that the attic passed with flying colors.

Pure Maintenance went above and beyond to remediate the mold in our rural church in Russian Mission. Despite significant weather and travel delays, they stayed committed and got the job done right. As a fast paced Realtor, having access to fast and superior service is a must! Mold can be such a scary thing and Pure Maintenance of Alaska takes control and relieves that pressure. Super fast at getting to see the issue, very reasonable quotes to get it passed. I could not recommend them more for issues related to nearly every Alaskan crawlspace and attic. Highy reommended!
