While they said they completed the work, mold still remained in the unit. We had an excellent experience with Pure Maintenance Mold Remediation! From their office manager, to the service manager and crews. Jonathan, the service manager, came out to our vacation condo in Orlando the same day we called. Since we live in Georgia and rent the condo out, we were pretty stressed after a guest reported a bathroom leak and possible mold. Jonathan with Pure Maintenance came out to my father’s home in Winter Park to perform an inspection and air quality testing. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything very clearly, which we really appreciated. He identified an issue with the AC that was causing elevated humidity in the home. Thankfully, there was no mold problem, and Jonathan even recommended a great AC company to help get the unit fixed. Considering my father’s age, this gave us real peace of mind.
