Terrible, have a mold problem, Brittany made the appointment and no one showed up. We can not stay in our place because of the mold and had to drive more than an hour to our appointment. We need to resolve this issue ASAP and the lady said she call and left a message canceling this morning. There were no phone calls from her and even if she did, she needed to call until she talk to us or al least send a text. She sail she had other things to do! Very unprofessional, would not trust their work after this.

I was highly impressed with Joey and his company. He answered the phone promptly and was professional, kind, and understanding of my needs. I felt assured that he and his team had the knowledge and experience to assist with my whole-home mold remediation. In the end, it came down to price (though he was super gracious in offering me a big deal and cut the price a couple times to accommodate me and my unique situation). Either way, I'd still definitely recommend getting an estimate and service done by Pure Maintenance.

=Joe was great in getting out to the house to do the test and very friendly. However i've been trying to get ahold of him for 2 months to discuss the results and cant get a call back or response from him so im still not sure if i have mold issues or not. Update: e finally got ahold of Joe to discuss so added stars back.
