Loved the time taken on me and how Michelle considered other dresses I probably wouldn't of tried on because they did look different on me and I loved them on! She didn't pressure me or made the decision for me on the right dress, she allowed me to express how I felt about it. Love the sales they have too and how organized they are about the dresses I picked. Beautiful dresses for every bride!

Sadly, the owner, Michelle, ruins it for her store. I had gone to a couple of boutiques before and been treated very well. They communicated to me that appointments usually last between an hour and a half to two and a half hours. NOT THIS STORE! We were never told how long the appointment would be but after we were 30 minutes over (now at the 2 hour mark), the owner came into my dressing room and pretty much griped me out (rude tone, hand gestures, facial expressions, and reddened face). Please consider Pure Luxe when shopping for your wedding gown! Michelle is wonderful to work with and has beautiful dresses. When the dress I ordered from another store never came in, she helped us find a new dress and get it altered within a week. We cannot thank her enough!

While visiting Plano Texas with my mom to visit friends in Early January, my mother suggested that we take a day and look for wedding gowns. My wedding is tentatively set for mid September and I have only looked at one place in Colorado, where Im from. One of my friends suggested Pure Luxe but said she knew nothing of the place except that it was nearby. So, we made an appointment and went in. From the moment i walked into Pure Luxe, I felt so at home. Michelle was such a great help. During my first visit, I told Michelle what i was looking for in a wedding dress, and she immediately found the dress that matched my description. I have visited other bridal boutiques but by far this was the best. So i purchased my beautiful Maggie Sottero gown from themt and i can't wait to wear it on Dec 21.
