I purchased a groupin voucher for lazer tattoo removal. They managed to fit me in even though there had been an error with the booking system. Service was great, location is very clean so no issues with that. I purchased a further set of treatments after a verbal discussion with a staff member. The appointment was booked for over a month in time later and with good time I let them know that this large financial transaction was not something I could justify and requested a refund. Will offer a discount to write a good review you don't get. After packages purchased they change how they communicate with you. My face got burnt by a student.? But still tried to push another package rather than offer compensation. Just sorry your not returning.... wow. They could of made more bank off me but if that's how they want to roll... ok. The tattoo artist that works here Diana Tran is extremely unprofessional and rude. Took my deposit and doesn’t reply to her emails. DO NOT go here. Her line work also sucks.
Had a great experience with Pure Luxe! The staff were incredibly friendly and organised. Customer service was top notch and work was done efficiently in a lovely clean environment. Would highly recommend
had my first laser treatment today, went really well I’m happy with outcome. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming! Would highly recommend:) can’t wait to visit again
