I booked this company about a year before my October 2018 wedding. I found them at a Sydney expo in August 2017. Between April to May I tried to contact them and did not hear back from them. I ended up contacting the expo company and only then did I receive a call back with poor excuses as to why they had gone quiet. This company was booked about a year before my September 2018 wedding. I found them at a Sydney expo. In June I tried to contact them and haven't heard anything since. They took my $200 deposit and never returned my calls, emails, voicemails, internet queries. I went beyond to try and contact them but I am guessing they went bankrupt. I had to find a new limo a month out before my Sydney wedding. As if I didn't have enough stress....DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Booked for my destination Jan 2015 wedding, two chrysler limos, Chrysler convertible and Chrysler sedan. Paid in advance, confirmed all details via booking sheet/email/and phone call night before. They sent one of the limos to the wrong pick up hotel, meaning I ended up at the church 1hr and 20min late! Which had a ripple effect, leaving the parents of the bride and groom stranded after the church because the Sedan was only booked for 3 hours and left! Didn't get my photo locations... read more

We booked this company more than a year before our 2019 wedding and paid an $800 deposit. It is now 3 months before the wedding and we cannot get in contact with them. All phone numbers have been disconnected, emails are not being responded to and their residence in Sylvania Waters is empty with some of the cars still parked out front. I have spoken with ASIC and Fair Trading who have confirmed that the company has not declared liquidation/bankruptcy and that Fair Trading can step in and try to mediate on our behalf to get o... read more
