I have been asking to speak with the manager for over two months regarding my membership that I hadn’t used in 3 months. I have requested to stop my membership repeatedly. I am a nurse and I work 5 days a week I have not been able to make it to that location during Business hours ( which are when ever the artist decides to go in). Every time I enquire I am reassured they are going to contact me. Still nothing. Be careful signing anything here!! Worse than a gym membership. Don’t do it.

I got my lashes and brows done by Samantha. I’m very satisfied. This is my first time trying eyebrow micro blading. She was very patient and explained the process through. And the bonus is I don’t have to waste my money on eyebrow pencils anymore.
