I got my lashes and brows done by Samantha. I’m very satisfied. This is my first time trying eyebrow micro blading. She was very patient and explained the process through. And the bonus is I don’t have to waste my money on eyebrow pencils anymore.

I cancelled my membership on 1/30 (the contract states you must give a 30 day notice- which I did and have the signed cancellation form to prove it) and my last $99 membership fee was to take place on 2/1. When I noticed the $99 membership had again charged to my card on 3/1, I figured it was a mistake and called the salon to rectify. This has to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had been going here every month to get my lashes done since August 2023. I was convinced to join a month to month membership in October for $99 since I had been consistently going to Pure Lash monthly. My favorite lash tech got another opportunity in January 2024, so she was only available two days out of the week.
