Not clean. Gave me styes on my eyes. When I called to let them know to be more hygienic, not even to tell them that I wanted a refund or anything, they told me they were too busy to talk to me and that this hasn’t happened to any other client before (even though there are multiple reviews talking about their lack of cleanliness). They also didn’t follow the guidelines I gave them for my service (asked for a light curl and they gave me a tight curl). Be warned!

Terrible experience! During my lash extension service, the technician carelessly cut my face with her tweezers. Her operation was extremely unprofessional and rough. I got a painful scratch on my skin, and there was no sincere apology at all. Very unsafe and disappointing service. I absolutely do not recommend this salon to anyone!
I’ve been getting my lashes done here for a couple of years—love the studio!
