I got the B treatment and it was everything I needed and more. I booked same day, got in quickly, and was seated on the most comfortable chair during the service. Everything was great, the pressure, water temp, tools and products they used.. My hair has not felt this good in 10+ years. Jenny was so sweet, gentle, and patient even though I have really thick and long hair that takes forever to blow dry. I booked my next appt before I left and will be going monthly! Definitely recommend!
Terrible service overall. Nothing about the service I received was relaxing and the blowout was below standards. What I thought was supposed to be a relaxing scalp treatment didn't have any massage whatsoever and was 40 minutes of very rough scalp scratching. I'm unsure why I received such poor treatment. I do not recommend this place. I am sure other spas offer a proper and relaxing head spa experience, and I will take my business elsewhere.
This was my first head spa experience, I did the herbal mist fumigation spa,Selena was amazing! I told her it was like being on the most magical massage ride ever!
