I have been a customer there for a few years and have had great experiences. Unfortunately in the past few weeks I've left a few messages and no one will call me back with an appointment and they never answer the phone.Im very dissatisfied that the communication is so poor.I guess I'll find another Salon.
No one answers the phone, absolutely terrible communication, this is a reoccurring problem with this company
Have tried on three different occasions to get an appointment. I left a voicemail each time. No one has ever called me back.
Audrey is amazing and all the staff is so friendly.
Hidden gem, top notch staff, good prices, fun vibe to the entire salon. They support other local businesses by offering product in the salon.
