I had a wonderful experience at Pure Integrity thanks to Sarah! She went above and beyond to help me select the perfect candle and choose the right items for gift wrapping. She even took the time to beautifully wrap the gift on my behalf. Sarah was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process, making sure I was happy with how everything looked. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommend!
Why I continue to buy? -smells are amazing; doesn’t have that fabricated/ artificial scents -soy is everything/ I can still get a wonderful scents without feeling like I’m poisoning my guests -I love supporting small businesses/ appreciate what this company/ family stand for. -to the above, to get a kind/ heart felt note just reaffirms the above. Great candles! I’ve loved them for years.. But I don’t get out to the Eastern Hills area much. It’s a little far. I used to get these at the Boulevard Mall. So I called their listed number. I was told to go online. I wanted to order by phone. The person on the phone sounded like she wanted to get me off the phone ASAP. I won’t be calling that number again! I felt like I was wasting her time ordering. I won’t bother anymore. Best of luck to them. In retail, service is everything.
