Like another reviewer said, pray you never have to deal with them after an accident. They are only out for their clients and will make you bend over backwards to get any bit of service or assistance from them. Awful company.
I found them very difficult to pay on claim. They turn it over to a guy named Kody who is bound and determined not to pay. Not a fan of Pure.
A huge disappointment. We were insured with Pure for about three years. Our broker recommended them. We had stellar customer service while insured. We got into an accident (no one else involved) and then they dropped us. One accident. No explanation given and no big deal for Pure. Such a disappointing situation.
I concur with an earlier reviewer. This was the best service I have ever recieved by a casualty insurer on a claim, Ever!!! Claim concerned Boat damage due to lightening. Fair and fast service. I recommend these people highly
