I’ve been coming to pure infusions to get my IV medication. Everyone here is so awesome! They are very kind and caring!
I wanted to update my previous review to applaude the helpfulness of the staff in getting my preauthorization updated when my insurance changed and then getting me scheduled immediately after they had the authorization on file. When my insurance dropped the ball and I had to postpone my initial appointment, Pure Infusion reached out to my neurologist to get the preauthorization updated. It was my first to Pure Infusion, their staff was so welcoming and the suites are so nice. I usually hate going to new places for new treatments but they made me feel so relaxed.. they did a wonderful job
