The billing department is pathetic. I've contacted them multiple times, as far back to 2023 to correct our billing address error. Still sending our bill to the wrong address.
If I could give 0 starts I would. Terrible place and terrible team. Disappointed
The local office is great. But the corporate office, the billing dept specifically, is terrible. Multiple phone calls to address a billing error go unanswered!!! Try getting a return call.
Fantastic group that personifies their mission driven purpose to make patient lives better. Highly recommend working with any one of their entities.
