Jon was super educational and informative - but make it fun. My 11 year old was pumped to get his ears pierced but woke up appointment day with all the nerves. Jon led with care and made the whole experience top notch. The shop was clean, calming and had some beautiful art.
I came to Pure Imagination Arts to have a consultation and second opinion on a navel piercing that was done at a different studio. I scheduled my appointment through their website and included my concerns about the piercing. I can see why they have so many, and only, 5 star reviews. This studio is amazing. Jon is beyond amazing! He is so patient and understanding. I had my 11 week old ears pierced and did my research. I wanted someone who used a needle and not the automatic piercing gun. Yes she screamed bloody murder but don’t they when they get shots? 3 minutes felt like forever but Jon said as soon as we are done to leave the room and she will calm down and boy was he right! He knows what he is doing it was worth the hour drive.
