Nicole and Miranda made my experience a relaxing and enjoyable event. These girls clearly enjoy their job and the level of professionalism and enthusiasm shows.
Terrible customer service. Their receptionist Yasmen is EXTREMELY RUDE and a liar. Terrible results- Their "State of the Art Machine" did absolutely nothing for me. I use the calendar on my phone when I schedule my appointments- TWICE NOW I've showed up for my appointment ON TIME AND THE DAY OF- To be told by the receptionist that "I missed my appointment"... They are SO unorganized and can't keep track of their clients appointments, along with not being honest about their mistakes... I didn't even finish my last session tha... read more
