Salesperson Jon was very professional , listened to what we wanted and gave us useful information, went out of way to show various hot tubs types. We decided on Innova Spa, Storm plug and play! had awesome install by Katlyn and staff ,Katlyn's instructions on chemicals and operation of tub were super helpful. Overall customer service and attention to details outstanding!!

I bought a hot tub from this company this week. I haven’t seen customer service like this in many years. They have gone out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. This is a company that you can trust.
