They had the added challenge of trying to get the rigid ductwork run through bays above a ceiling that was sheet rocked. They were able to cut 4 small squares in the sheetrock and get the ducts installed without having to run them exposed on the sheet rocked ceiling. They stopped only for a quick lunch in their truck and were very accurate in their measurements and cutting. Cleaned up everything when they were done and were very pleasant to work with. Great experience all around! The staff members were very courteous, professional, and communicative. Every step of the repair procedure was thoroughly explained, and when it was possible, it was even shown. They were also very careful to ensure that my bathroom suffered no damage in the process of the repair, which was such a relief! Additionally, they did a fantastic job of cleanup. I was quite happy with the job overall. Without a doubt, I'd tell others to use these people! I greatly appreciate it.
