Good customer service
Service beyond expectations. My prescription medicine wasn't in stock until a day after. When they heard I was traveling the next morning they found and collected it from a nearby partner so we had it in hand 20 minutes later. Invaluable situation appreciation. And on another med my doctor had prescribed a brand my insurance didn't cover. This was noted and an equivalent cover was quickly found. Again service far beyond expectations.
Everyone here is super friendly and helpful, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable, and unlike the big chains you can actually get help right away if you call. Good selection of OTC products too. Great addition to the neighborhood.

I genuinely appreciate your kindnesses and the wonderful experience I had yesterday afternoon being added into your system as a new patient.
