I went for a drop in class. I felt so welcomed, and it was a great work out! Thank you! Can’t recommend enough.
Working out and especially CrossFit can be really intimidating to start, but my fears were quickly squashed as soon as I walked into my first workout. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and encouraging. Having a knowledgeable person help you to do the movements correctly and safely is wonderful. The intense workouts can be adjusted for your needs and abilities, which is great when you aren't used to being in the gym. Just the best gym in bartlesville
Before I signed on with PHP I had dropped in a couple times for heavy training days, local competitions and anytime I needed to train but I was in Bartlesville. I signed on with them fully in September. I was very nervous at first because it was a new gym, new people, new programming etc. all the fears that come with something new.
