I was told by her last office manager before Brittany, i was being discharged because Dr Andrea is NO LONGER anything BUT A LYME DISEASE practitioner, it was January 2024. It was a lie because it never happened, she isn't only seeing only LYME disease patients! It was over Christmas week off, i had NO idea she had a fb and that they were closed the whole Christmas week! EDITED AFTER THE RESPONSE BY OWNER, BEING SNARK, NOT ADDRESSING THE ACTUAL PROBLEMS I STATED (figures, why would she take responsibility for their actions??) No, I dont go around not paying bills and I paid yours after I was threatened...and I planned on anyways. Life happened and instead of a phone call or text message asking about payment, I was threatened of it being sent to collections BEFORE 60 days. The point is the way you guys handled it was SO unprofessional. You guys are also the ones that got the email wrong so id... read more
