Awful customer service. They have a policy where you pay half of the amount of treatment when booking so that if you miss your appointment then they keep it. They deducted the full amount for my daughters missed appointment as I had a lot of deposits down for a few treatments going for myself. I tried to talk with the manager but no confrontation just receptionist.
