Need to focus more on massaging. She combed my head for too long and my scalp was sore and felt raw. Place was not very clean. Will not come back. Not a relaxing experience and the room wasn’t dark.

I'm frankly shocked this place has good reviews. My partner saw these reviews and got a package for me. No one smiled or spoke to me or asked me a question the whole time. At the end, they blow dried my curly hair with no product from top to bottom so that it looked terrible. I literally had to go straight home. If you have very straight hair and the folks seem to like you, maybe you'll have a better experience. To me it was a complete waste of money and I would never recommend.

The massage was very good and appreciated. However, it would have been helpful if the steps of the service had been explained prior to beginning, as I was expecting a blowout but received a basic hair drying instead. Additionally, the reception experience could be improved. The front desk staff appeared disinterested and somewhat impersonal, which detracted from the overall atmosphere of the visit.

Service provided here was extremely nice. Place was. Very calm and soothing. I have been to hair loss and hair rejuvenation scalp treatment. Wonderful experience. Particarly Sophia was very good.
