I originally bought the facial service off groupon. I called and made an appointment for 2 and when I showed up they said they could honor 1 because they misheard me over the phone. Due to this, my groupon expired and they told me to “file a complaint through groupon”. Also, horrible service. The lady is rude and practically demands a tip before you leave. She stood at the door and didn’t let us leave until we tipped her.
Lady in charge was rude and refuses to accept my Groupon. I called and made an appointment for 2, when I arrived they weren’t open yet. When we went in the lady said that they only had room for one person so I had to wait an hour for them to be finished. Nonetheless I tried being understanding but when exiting they demanded a tip. I understand a tip is standard and we had forgotten since I was just trying to leave after waiting so long, but she was rude and stood in front of the door refusing to let us out. Weird. Only for Asian ethnicity?!??? This place is a joke! I went in for a 60min anti-aging facial and what I received was a 45min face wash. The woman washed off my makeup with soap then proceeded to rinse a towel in a bucket -no faucet! Then she rubbed on a facial cream left my skin feeling dry maybe for acne? I don’t have ANY ACNE!! Then she passed a machine just on my cheeks and put on a mask for more than 20mins total time of service 45min. No variation of techniques or products. If you want a real facial this is not it!!!!

**5 Stars for the Facial! But a Rough Exit** I had the best facial experience here! The work was fantastic, and the woman who gave me the facial was professional, kind, and gentle.
