Michael and the team make workouts fun but still push you in the best way. No matter if you’re brand new or have been training for years, they’ll meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals. The gym has such a welcoming vibe, with lots of longtime members who make it feel like a real community. I’ve had to step away a couple of times for personal reasons, and every time I’ve come back it’s like I never left.
