Best gym in town! I struggled with staying consistent with working out until I came across PFT and its awesome coaches! Now I'm over a year into it and actually ENJOY working out!
This gym has amazing coaches, great energy and is very clean. The workouts are for every BODY, for any fitness level.
Couldn’t recommend PFT more! I’ve been coming here for over a year and an half and there is no other gym that compares to PFT. At PFT it’s more than just a gym but a community. The coaches know your name and actually talk to you, the other members are kind and encouraging no matter the journey you’re on. The workouts are amazing! If you’ve been on the fence about joining, do the free class and i guarantee you’ll be hooked!
Update: Heading into my third year with PFT. The coaches continue to be the best. Head coach/owner Michael does an incredible job of creating a community that is supportive and friendly, while creating accountability. Updated review after 18 months at PFT: I still love this gym. Michael (owner/head coach) is the kindest person who truly cares about your consistency and progress.
