After reading the review from Michael Nowell, I can assure you that he has never stepped foot in this place. My husband and multiple friends have attended this gym, and have transformed theirs bodies and minds, all for the better. Coach Carl is the REAL DEAL, and leads people to be healthier, make better nutrition choices, and his workouts WORK!! He motivates his clients, and leads by example.
