Best value for your money in RVA. I've been going here for 3 years and I'm in the best shape of my life at 39. Programming is intense but the coaches give you scaling options. The space is super premium and clean. They have showers so I go to class at 7, shower, and then head to my co-working space. Best part is the cold, lavender scented towel reward at the end of your workout. They do month to month plans as well so I don't worry about having to be locked in for a crazy length of time either. This is the only class based gym I’ve ever liked the results from, and I’ve tried OTF, F45, Madabolic. All of those felt too cardio heavy, even on the “heavy” days. Here when I see that it’s a “build” day I know I’m being given movements and weights that are actually strength building. The coaches also do a great job guiding the classes. Lots of variety in the workouts, plus the Hyrox days. Highly recommend it.

If I could give this gym six stars I would! I dropped in for a HYROX class on a Saturday and had a blast. The owner is amazing and the community makes you feel like you’ve been going there for years. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Fun and challenging workout! I am from out town and joined in on a class with my sister who is a member. The gym is very clean and well-equipped. Gym members are all super friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Andreas was likewise, very welcoming and motivating. He led a great class!!
