I drive 30 min to come to the gym, and I wouldn’t mind it because of the spinning classes and the instructors. Today I received the news that there will be no more spinning classes and most of the afternoon classes will be gone. This is absolutely heartbreaking and wrong. How couldn’t this happen going into the new year. I will definitely be canceling my gym membership and will not recommend this gym to any of my friends.

3 month ago I called and canceled my membership the was nice and told me she canceled it, after I’m looking at my bank statements pure fitness still charging me the monthly fees this is ridicules! I’m on the phone with them I’ve been on hold for 15 min and they didn’t pick up I can’t go back there because I movedout of Houston !!! Extremely very poor management not worth it
Everything from group classes to the pool is opened, but they won’t open the steam room or sauna do I cancelled my membership in January since I have to pass 5 gyms to get there, and I was still charged for February. When I reached out to request my money back I got no response. so far I'm liking it, the employees are very friendly. my only complaint would be the gym smells. I'm not sure if it can be attributed to certain people but the stench of B.O. is extremely strong. I'm aware it's a gym but dang ladies... wear some deodorant or wash your pits!
The manager Emily is outstanding she has been so very helpful and informative. She was great when she gave me a tour of the facility and has continued to be outstanding answering any questions I have had. The front desk staff are always very nice and welcoming. The gym is always really clean. Im so glad that I joined this gym.

They will continue to bill your credit card after you cancel your membership by certified mail as specified in their contract. They will refuse to communicate with you regarding the charges.
