I have been going here for years and recently I left my purse at home. The girl up front told me I needed either my card or my drivers license to get in. I had neither with me. I asked her if I could use my CHL which has my name and picture on it and she said NO! They have a picture of me in there computer AND I know my member number and she said I still couldnt get in without either my DL or member card! After you sign up they refuse to allow you to leave – I loved going to pure fitness but I moved away so it was no longer convenient for me to get to so I followed the certified mail instructions to cancel my membership. That was in July, it's December and they are still charging me for a membership. I have called corporate and gone into the gym multiple times and there is never anyone available to help get this issue resolved. Horrible service! – The gym is great, and besides the trainers, class instructors and kids club employees everyone else is awful! Martha is a lonely coward who hides behind her glass walls to not confront customers and blocks your phone numbers, and even puts a restraining order so you can't even cancel your membership or go to the gym. Also on top of that the corporate are just as bad, the lady at the front desk wouldn't even open the door to talk to her, and she would roll her eyes when she had to speak to us. Poor Costumer Service – I like the aesthetics of the club. It is very convenient to sign up. I felt misled in regard to the package I chose and the pricing to upgrade which is why I have been trying to cancel my contract. Everyone at the club keep saying that I need to mail in a letter to cancel. I have done that. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a month.
