I am pretty out of shape and wasn’t sure I had the stamina for personal training, but several weeks in now and I really like it and even look forward to my sessions. Damian pushes me but understands my starting points too. It is really a concierge experience with it being a personal training only gym kept in pristine condition, 1:1 training by a lifelong fitness expert, along with other perks like complimentary Fiji water. I’m very glad I found Damian and his fitness center. Definitely recommend!
I've been going to Damian's Pure Fit gym for over 10 years and highly recommend him. Damian is incredibly friendly, genuinely cares about his clients, and has created a welcoming atmosphere.
