Met with Nicole 9/30 about joining. She was so friendly and informative. My husband and I joined. She also recommended a PT for me and I signed up for 12 sessions with Hope. Hope was awesome too. I’m excited to start.

I had a first-time experience visiting Pure Family Fitness in Salisbury Md. I was welcomed and greeted by Nicole. Nicole was pleasant and professional and talk to me as if we had known one other for years. Nicole was on point with knowing the gym on the business side very well and every question I had, Nicole was on it. It’s sad to see this place go down hill. As they strive to grow their brand it has shown a lot of their flaws especially lacking in quality and upkeep. From the Saunas being filthy to the showers flooding and gnats everywhere. Let alone the constant painting to give a clean look is really just giving the land lord special. Again I can see the vision but the experience at the Salisbury location as been getting only worse.
