I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dowden and all the encounters we have had with Pure Family...we have an infant, 2 and 4 year old and he is so good and gentle with them and we have noticed a difference already! Even after going over my and my husband's x-rays with him, it was low pressure as to the amount of visits we were told to schedule. Absolutely amazing work. Dr. Dowden doesn’t just provide good chiropractic care but also engages in conversation that grows your relationship with him and builds up trust. I have a knee problem that doesn’t allow me to put much pressure on it. And he immediately said he wanted X-rays before we moved forward to insure safety for me. We haven’t started on the knee too much yet because we want to make sure my hips are properly aligned, so that we don’t mess anything up. He knows what he is doing and is an amazing Dr.
I’ve been having lower back issues since I was about 6/7. I’m now 23 and started going back to a chiropractor because the pain was unbearable, where I was losing sleep, crying, and just hurting. I did PT, and that was not as helpful. I saw the Williams Bay office open and my boyfriend pushed me to go. Kim, is the best at her customer service. Dr. Dowden does the best care.
