Posting my review as a booth renter at Pure Essence Beauty Salon. I’ve absolutely loved my time here. Yusi and Kathy have been amazing to work with since day one. Contract is straight forward- nothing out of the norm or too extreme as far as rules go. Rates were also extremely affordable for me compared to what was around the area at the time. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! I went to get my hair done Dimensional highlights, I had "virgin" long thick black hair. Yusi, over bleached my hair, all the way to about 3 inches from my part line. My hair is fried, I can not brush through it. Every single time I try to put it into a braid or sleep it breaks off, my hair that was down to my butt, is now to my shoulders.
