RecommendedI have been going to Pure Escape Spa for years! Lisa is the best and has helped me through numerous sports injuries. Just had my first facial there with Rayanna & she was great too. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Stephanie the whole experience is wonderful!!

I LOVE Rayanna!!! I have searched for someone that makes me feel comfortable during bikini waxing & I have found her. She's very detailed, quick and does an amazing job. I will literally never go to anyone else. I can't wait to book my laser hair removal apt as well as my facials soon!!! Go see her.
Great place for prenatal massage! They have the table insert that allows you to lay on your belly (so awesome) and they accept insurance! Absolutely professional and super friendly. I left the place feeling so much better! �

Terrible customer service. The massage lady kept talking the whole time. Is that supposed to be relaxing? Also was charged $20 for cancelling my appointment when I had an emergency. Is this how you treat loyal customers who have been using your services for years?!? Didn't even have the audacity to email me back or call me; I had to call and talk with an uninformed clerk while I could hear the massage lady whisper and feed her the answers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Again, we are all very sorry that you felt mistreated. Taylor Jays and Pure Escape Spa are two separate businesses, each with different cancellation policies. The Pure Escape Spa policy is 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you look at their website, it states that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged for half the amount of the service, & that if it's an insurance massage, you will be charged half the amount of a relaxation massage, which is $35. We absolutely love this place! I would recommend it to any one looking for great service and being pampered! My daughter and I both come here and have Rayanna do our lashes! She always goes above and beyond, making sure every lash is perfect! She's a true perfectionist! Always makes no sure your a 100% satisfied! And she's super knowledgeable about skin care and cosmetics! Love this little lady!
