I had Pure Energy install windows at my condo. I had the best experience with them from the salesman to the installers. Every one was so nice and kept me informed about everything. The installers were very efficient and did a great job. The windows look great and I'm very happy with them.
Our windows were recently installed The quality of the windows sold us on Pure Energy, in particular, the sun darken look and the 3 glass construction. The process was very smooth from start to finish. The installing crew were professional and informative led by Zack.
We had a 9' section of wall removed that previously had a walk-in door and a 36" window in it. Scott, from Michigan Masonry Repair, and his crew did a fantastic job of protecting the interior of the house with plastic sheeting and then proceeded to remove and cleanup the cinder block wall and install a 10' lentil in about half the time promised. Three days later, when the mortar had dried, Justin and Angelo showed up bright and early and installed the promised door-wall. I had many concerns about "what could go wrong?", but ... read more
The entire experience was 5 stars from start to finish. The install team was in and out in less than 8 hours. they were professional and walked us through the functionality. We love our new windows!
