I wasn’t home when my windows were installed, but I did keep in touch with Tyler who was absolutely understanding. We were at the hospital waiting for my husband Larry to be released from the hospital that afternoon with hospice. All we could say as at least he got to see his window got installed. And he was pleased. All I can say is they look beautiful and I’m sorry it took me so long to express all this and thank you all so much for. Larry passed the very next day.
Everyone at Pure Energy from the sales reps to the installation team as well as all the employees in between were very certious and worked in a professional manner. They were all more than willing to answer any questions that I had. I am very happy with my new door and would recommend this company to anyone.

The crew was very friendly and did a great job, even the trims were beautiful, and the pattern of the seals give the windows such a nice professional look. The quality of the windows are great, very satisfied overall.
