New windows look great, love all the features like safety guards and fold down cleaning. Crew were nice and knowledgeable
The experience was great. The installers were very nice, professional and showed that they were experienced at doing their job. Everyone that I had contact with from the company were very helpful, from the salesman to the installers and the people that I spoke with over the telephone. I am very pleased with this company and the service they provided.
The guys at Pure Energy Windows did a great job installing 12 windows within 8 hours. Led by Justin C. They were on time, courteous and professional.
Professional team with good quality windows. Manufacturing of the custom windows took a couple months however the Pure Energy team kept us updated along the way and made sure to have us scheduled as soon as the windows were available.
I wasn’t home when my windows were installed, but I did keep in touch with Tyler who was absolutely understanding. We were at the hospital waiting for my husband Larry to be released from the hospital that afternoon with hospice. All we could say as at least he got to see his window got installed. And he was pleased. All I can say is they look beautiful and I’m sorry it took me so long to express all this and thank you all so much for. Larry passed the very next day.
