The guys at Pure Energy Windows did a great job installing 12 windows within 8 hours. Led by Justin C. They were on time, courteous and professional.
Professional team with good quality windows. Manufacturing of the custom windows took a couple months however the Pure Energy team kept us updated along the way and made sure to have us scheduled as soon as the windows were available.
I wasn’t home when my windows were installed, but I did keep in touch with Tyler who was absolutely understanding. We were at the hospital waiting for my husband Larry to be released from the hospital that afternoon with hospice. All we could say as at least he got to see his window got installed. And he was pleased. All I can say is they look beautiful and I’m sorry it took me so long to express all this and thank you all so much for. Larry passed the very next day.
Everyone at Pure Energy from the sales reps to the installation team as well as all the employees in between were very certious and worked in a professional manner. They were all more than willing to answer any questions that I had. I am very happy with my new door and would recommend this company to anyone.
Very good experience with the install of my windows. Very professional and delivered what was expected. I absolutely love my windows.
