The 4 man crew arrived on time at 8:00 and got right to work removing my original casement and fixed windows and slider. Noisy, hard work but the did their work cheerfully and with attention to the job. I will happily suggest Pure Energy if asked; the work crew did a great job, cleaned up the site and hauled away the packaging. Plus, the office and sales staff were always responsive and professional, from contract to finished installation and cleanup. Thanks!

It’s been a few years but I just noticed in a room we rarely use that they didn’t replace the moulding that they were supposed to because the first time they came out, they glued a strip of the wood to hide where a nail was sticking out and removed, messing up the woodwork. Granted I should have caught this in the final inspection but there were so many things that weren’t done right when they first installed, it must have been missed when they finished fixing things 3 months later. I would give this company ten stars if I could! Kyle in sales was very helpful and professional. The installation crew led by Zach with Neal and Briant were on time, excellent installers and we are very pleased with our new windows!
Great company. The windows are awesome and every employee i have dealt with has been so friendly. Zach and his crew did my installation. I highly request asking for him to do your installation.
