Everyone was great to work with and very quick to get scheduled and installed.
Pure Energy Group to upgrade my home’s solar array, but the installation team left the work site covered in debris and the inverter was never properly commissioned, so the system never switched on. Repeated calls to their support line were met with vague promises and no follow‑up, leaving me stuck with a non‑functional installation and no resolution.
Pure Energy Group to install a solar system, but the crew arrived two days late and left several panels misaligned, causing noticeable shading and lower output; when I called to request a fix, the office delayed responding for over a week and offered no clear timeline for correction. The poor communication and sub‑par workmanship have left me frustrated and reconsidering their services.
