So thrilled I have found Pure Energy Fitness! It's gotten me back into group fitness since moving to St. Paul Area!! I absolutely love Lauren with her welcoming & Flamboyant energy! She leads by example in her classes, easy to follow! I love her Lift'd, Power Vibe and Now her NEWEST edition Rebounce with trampolines!! She definitely knows how to have fun while helping us get back into shape!! I enjoy her stretches at the end of every class with a lemongrass cloth to cool off after a sweaty workout!!
