I have been doing Zumba with Linda for about 13 years now. It's the best fitness community I have been a part of. It's so much fun that you don't even realize you're working out. Linda is an amazing instructor with a big heart who gives back to the community. I highly recommend Pure Energy Fitness. You won't regret it.

Still true 4 years later! Every class is an hour of pure fun! It’s so much more than just fitness, PEF welcomes everyone in and makes you feel like you’ve found a new home, a new family and new friends. An added bonus is that I’m in the best shape of my life! I attend every class (virtually at the moment) I can and it is sanity saving during covid. I have been going to zumba classes with Linda for 6 years and I absolutely love it, it is my happy place Linda radiates enthusiasm at every class, and it is truly infectious, you will always come out smiling, sweaty and exhilarated. It is more than just a fitness class, everyone is very welcoming, and I have made life long friends. I think that is enough from me and I invite you to come along and give it a try... you won't regret it
