I am writing to express regret and dissatisfaction with my experience as a customer of Pure Energy. Before I decided to go solar, my monthly energy expenses were approximately $100. However, after installing the solar panels, my energy costs remained at $100 per month, and I now incur an additional $138 monthly payment for the solar panels. I had Pure Energy solar installed at my house in 2022. Most people think about solar they think about saving money and contributing to the health of the environment. Those were my reasons for getting solar. I have been extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Pure Energy solar systems performance.
