I had Pure Energy solar installed at my house in 2022. Most people think about solar they think about saving money and contributing to the health of the environment. Those were my reasons for getting solar. I have been extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Pure Energy solar systems performance. I’m not sure if they under sold me panels, but I did not receive what I think is the adequate amount of panels to produce a credit on my bill to where I wouldn’t have to pay an overage. They are soliciting in my neighborhood at 8pm daily for the last 3 days. I already have solar and they don’t look prior to knocking on my door. After I told their first rep no thank you, they have continued to return to my door. Please go away.
