We sold our house but they are telling me that it will cost the same as starting over if we move our panels. This was not what we were told when we signed up for this. Definitely not a money saver

I’ve been with Pure since last October officially, I am spending much more money than ever. I have been completely lied to about what my bills will be, with the amount of solar i was told to get and the plan I was told to switch to, I’m still receiving very high bills plus making payments on the panels. In almost a year from the switch I have spent almost 2k more than previous year on electricity. I have reached out multiple times on this and I keep getting the push around from support. Pure Energy just finished installing our solar system. The service was awesome, everything was explained perfectly, and the installers were amazing. They cleaned up after themselves, they told us when they were coming and when they would be back. We were not able to move a heavy garden box, so they moved it for us. This was beyond what they were intending to do. I am so glad we chose Pure Energy.
