I have been coming to these trainers for a while, took a break, and recently came back... and I’m so glad I did! They are motivating, supportive, and really make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. Had a challenging 6 months with a knee replacement surgery, 2 infections, multiple months of antibiotics through a PICC line and a Parkinson’s diagnosis a couple of years prior. All doctors recommended constant movement and regular exercise.
