In fact, as experts in house water systems and issues, Pure Elements has helped problem solve a water issue I had that had nothing to do with their system. And the solution worked great. We replaced our 2 aging Lifesource water treatment systems with 2 Pure Elements water filtration systems. We also installed a Pure Elements filter for our landscape irrigation system. We are extremely pleased with our new systems and highly recommend Pure Elements.

I purchased three units (Sep. 2018) for myself, my dad and my sister to prevent any more pinhole leaks in the copper pipes. Water samples were independently tested before and after installation. Chloramines were eliminated by apox. 95%+. To date (Jul. 2022) all three homes still remain at these same levels, with no further leaks. I did the research to find the cause (FDA mandate to add ammonia to chlorinated water) then contacted several companies before deciding on Pure Elements for the fix.

Rick and his crew were a pleasure to work with! We are completely satisfied with our whole home water system and look forward to all the health benefits of finally having clean water. Wish I made this decision years ago.
