Disappointed. My appointment was canceled today. I understand that stuff happens. No problem. The issue was that "see you in a month" as that's when I had my next appointment scheduled, doesn't work for me. I need my roots done every 4 weeks. I'm told there's no openings. To me, it's bad customer service. If you have to cancel, you should reschedule ASAP. The color wasn't right the first time, I was willing to give this another chance but I guess not. Mandy is awesome! I like getting my haircut every three weeks because it grows fast and is very thick. Mandy took the time to figure out how I liked it and now I an in and out of there in 20 - 25 minutes and I couldn’t be happier.
Megan has to be the most courteous hairdresser ever in addition to cutting my hair perfectly every time. I appreciate her service and business savvy. Happy customer.
