Extremely disappointed with what was done in my master bathroom. The project was not cheap. I thought if I pay a lot, the process will be painless but it turned out it is a gang show since November 2020. I will never use them again and I do not recommend them. The list is very long: 1. Showed them on their website which tiles I want. They delivered different one. When I told Armand this is not the tile I wanted he assured me the results will be same beautiful. 2. We have contracted with Pure Elements of Design for renos in two houses. The first instance was for a bathroom reno in our townhouse. The designers, Carmen and Armand were more than helpful in assessing the space, changes requested and making recommendations.
