Receptionist was extremely rude over the phone. Very disappointing customer service. I do not recommend spending your time and money at this business.
We ordered our groomsmen's tuxes through Pure Elegance and had a wonderful experience. Craig is a gem, super knowledgeable and fun to work with. All of our groomsmen are from out of town, so we had them get fitted at other stores and call in with their measurements. Everything was on time and fit beautifully. I would absolutely recommend Craig & everyone at Pure Elegance to anyone needing a suit or tux!
I live in Phoenix, but all my family was in town for vacation so we decided to escape the heat to Flagstaff for a few days. We decided to check out Pure Elegance for my first dress appointment as it is the only bridal salon in Flagstaff. The staff was nothing short of wonderful! Went here to rent a tuxedo for my little brothers prom. They were so helpful and the nicest people I've ever met! Loved the owner. I will most definitely come back to shop here for future occasions.
I have to set the record straight... This is a very nice store with exceptionally fair prices on dresses and suit rentals. I have been to the other boutique in Flagstaff and it didn't even compare in customer service. And listening to S. G.'s review I went into pure elegance expecting to leave cheated and angry.
