This shop has fantastic selection, exceptional service, and great staff. Emily went over and above during my appointment, she pulled out at the stops, was super helpful and knowledgeable and me and my mother and sisters had a ton of fun! And I SAID YES!!! Said yes to the dress! Had an unforgettable morning at pure elegance. Katelyn listened to what I was looking for and made my experience magical. She was very helpful and experienced in her field of work! The shop itself is clean and well put together (also had a great playlist while trying on dresses) - had a great selection of dresses. I highly recommend !

I went into my appointment at Pure Elegance not knowing what to expect, both experience and dress wise. Katelyn was amazing to work with, so supportive and knowledgeable. Everyone was so friendly and had great humour, my group and I had a blast and I ended up walking out with an amazing dress I could’ve never even dreamed of. I could not recommend a better shop!
