Extremely disappointed with my experience at Pure Electric Supply. The staff was unhelpful and came across as rude, with little regard for customer service. Prices are noticeably higher than competitors for the same products, which adds to the frustration. What really stood out was the poor attitude and lack of professionalism—definitely not a company that values long-term customer relationships or good business ethics. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in the trade or DIY community.

Don’t listen to the last review couldn’t be more inaccurate. Everyone there has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and competent. This is my go-to shop in the area as they always have what I need, are pleasant to do business with, and even have caught some of my own blind spots. Like anything, you get what you give. I have never had a bad experience with these guys and have been using them for 3 years

I had the worse customer service ever. The owner told me that he could do business with us instead of providing options of payment, after passing the payment point he was so indifferent and careless. I experience the way he talked to his employee and was so bad, right away I figured it out that his customer service skills sucked. Has a lot of inventory but definelty not friendly to do business with.

Called him and he said the exact part that I needed. Faster and more reliable than Amazon.
