I had the electrician come out for a consultation and quote. The dispatcher I spoke with was nice and scheduling was quick. When the electrician came out, he seemed nice and knowledgeable. He said he would send me a quote. A month later, still no quote.

My washing machine circuit went out and nothing I did would reset it. I called to schedule an electrician and spoke with Erica. She gave my a troubleshooting tip to try before paying for a house visit. Well it worked and I am so impressed that a business actually tries to be helpful and save the customer money. This business is exceptional and I will trust any future electrical needs with them.

Pure Electric is amazing!! I had major electrical issues in my condo due to an electrical contractor who did extremely shoddy work. Pure came in and fixed it all. They were so nice to me and responded so quickly and took an active interest in my issues being fixed. I would hire them again and again!!

When my air conditioner broke during a summer heat wave, the home warranty sent an AC tech to repair it, but he wouldn't touch it until the electric line was upgraded. So, I called Pure Electric, and the owner, Mike, came out on a Saturday to do the work for me, knowing another Heat wave would hit in a few days, and he wanted the AC guy to be able to come back and repair my condenser ASAP. I was super grateful and will always recommend Pure Electric.
